Our Process

Your Individual Path to Qualified Talent – 9 to 11 Months TotalPhase 1 – Months 0–8: Customized Pre-Qualification in Vietnam
We analyze your company’s requirements and the exact position first. Selected candidates then receive intensive training: German B1 level, vocational German, job-specific skills (for industrial fitters, C-truck drivers, and other roles), 30+ hours of practical training where required, and a monthly allowance.Phase 2 – Months 9 – 11: Visa & Work Permit
Complete document preparation and full support with all official applications (usually 4–6 weeks processing time).Phase 3 – From Month 11/12: Arrival & Integration in Germany
Arrival support, necessary exams (e.g., IHK Code 95 for drivers), driving license conversion if needed, and direct, tailored onboarding into your team.
